Professional background.
Mamuka Ghviniashvili is an Attorney at Law at Metric Law/Tax (2022–2025). He is a Managing Partner and Chairman of the Standing Arbitration at the Georgian Arbitration Chamber (since 2005) and has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2002.
Earlier in his career, Mamuka served in various capacities at the Supreme Court of Georgia, including Specialist, Chief Specialist, and Head of the Bureau of the Chamber of Entrepreneurship and Bankruptcy (1995–2005). He also worked as Chief Lawyer of the Legal Department at JSC United Georgian Bank (2005–2006) and as Manager of the Legal Department at LLC Engineering-Construction Group (2009–2011).
Mamuka Ghviniashvili holds an LL.M. from Georgian Technical University (2008) and an LL.B. from Tbilisi Humanitarian-Economic Institute (1998). He is a PhD candidate at Grigol Robakidze University, researching subjects of civil procedural relations
